Helene Hopkins began her career in property management with the since-closed company, Palouse Empire Rentals, in May of 1985. She went on to open Helene’s Property Place, LLC at our current downtown Pullman location in September of 1999. 

In the 20 years since, we have become an established property management and real estate company servicing the region encompassing Pullman, Palouse, Albion, and Colfax. 

We manage units and communities ranging from single-family homes, to apartments, and to office spaces. We also currently manage five homeowner associations and five fraternities.

Helene is a Realtor and is very involved in the community. We are a member of the Pullman Chamber of Commerce and are Cougar Housing Approved. We are also a part of the Whitman County Landlord-Tenant Association and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
